Progressive lenses

Progressive lenses allow presbyopes to see clear at every distance, from far to near and in intermediate vision, with the same glasses.

- Their complex optical surfaces can be « divided » in several areas :
  • the higher area of the lens corrects far vision;

  • the lower area corrects near vision;

  • In the middle, the progression area (corridor) allows to switch from a vision to another.

  • Two categories of progressive lenses

  • The ‘’universal one’’ : these are ‘’ready-to-wear’’ lenses, which suit the majority of wearers

  • The ‘’customized one’’ : made-to-measure according to individual parameters (wrap angle, reading distance, lens/eye distance and pantoscopic angle), they offer a high-definition vision, even closer to natural vision.
  • You can choose your progressive lenses among our range

    Nikon benefits from the know-how of the brand in optical precision and offers you a wide choice of progressive lenses with high performances:

  • Aspherical surfaces provide the best quality of image and an aesthetic lens.

  • The choice of the progression length for a better fitting of the lens in your frame or to your favourite activities : progressive lenses for small frames, for very active presbyopes, readers, young presbyopes, …

  • Soft designs providing a very natural vision; widened fields of vision to improve your visual comfort; a quick and effortless adaptation so that you can forget that you are wearing progressive lenses !

  • SeeMax Presio, top-of-range customized progressive lenses with a multi-dimensional vision,

  • Presio W, universal progressive lens providing a wide-angle vision and instant focusing.
